* SCORE AND SAVE SALE (the "Program") TERMS & CONDITIONS: Program only available at participating Clayton Homes family of brands retailers ("Seller") with a new home sales agreement that is signed September 26, 2025, through October 4, 2025. Program may not be available with USDA/FHA/VA financing, and may be subject to certain lender requirements that restrict the forms of buyer incentives that Seller can provide.
